Warm up will be instructor led.

25 Sumo-deadlift high pulls using a kettlebell (m:70/f:55)

25 Burpees

25 Box Jumps (m:24/f:20)

” Deck of Cards”

For Time: Each suit of cards has been designated a movement:

1.Clubs – Goblet Squats (weight of your choice)

2. Spades – Kettlebell Swings (weight of your choice)

3. Hearts – Burpees

4. Diamonds – Sit ups

5. Aces – 400 meter run

At the beginning of each class, 5 athletes will select a card from the deck. The WOD for that class will be 3 rounds of the movement and number ” Deck of Cards”

For Time: Each suit of cards has been designated a movement:
